Joining a Clinical Academic Group (CAG) means becoming part of a collaborative network of clinicians (including nursing and allied health), researchers, consumers and health service leaders focused on improving healthcare through research translation.

Each CAG focuses on a specific health area with an aim to align their research with health service priorities and build the capability of its membership to accelerate the translation of evidence into practice.

By completing this form, you are requesting to be added to the Virtual Care CAG database and mailing list to receive communications about opportunities to:

  • Attend online or in-person seminars focused on research translation
  • Connect with like-minded professionals and consumers
  • Access opportunities for collaboration, training, and funding
  • Contribute to research projects or implementation activities
  • Share your expertise or lived experience
  • Help identify clinical priorities or barriers to change

As a CAG member your level of involvement is flexible and depends on your interests and availability.

Once you have completed the form, you may be contacted by a member of the Virtual Care CAG leadership team with further information.

Please ensure you add shp.communications@sydney.edu.au to your email safe list and watch your junk folder for confirmation emails or updates from the SHP team.

If you haven’t already signed up, joining a CAG will also mean you are now officially a site member. This gives you access to:

  • Knowledge pathways and collections
  • Newsletters tailored to your topic interests
  • Other opportunities to collaborate
