This year’s forum theme is Collaborative Healthcare: An interdisciplinary approach for older people.
This forum, hosted by the Sydney Health Partners Geriatric Medicine Clinical Academic Group brings together stakeholders in ageing research to collaborate across interdisciplinary Clinical Academic Groups to align priorities and enhance coordinated, frailty-informed healthcare for older people, with a focus on the patient journey.
