Join the Sydney Health Partners Musculoskeletal Clinical Academic Group (CAG) for their first showcase this December.

Hear about how the seven research streams of the CAG have progressed their work throughout the year, and be there for the introduction for the CAGs new eighth research stream.

The current research streams of the Musculoskeletal CAG are:

  • Optimal care in osteoarthritis (OA) and skeletal dysplasia clinics
  • Promotion of community exercise from outpatient clinics and health promotion services
  • Optimal management of back pain in emergency departments and inpatient units
  • Optimal use of pain medicines
  • Fall prevention in hospitals
  • Treatment of frailty in hospitals and aged care facilities
  • Optimal surgery for musculoskeletal conditions

    • Online attendance is available. In person attendees will have the opportunity to network during morning tea following the presentations.
