Sydney Health Partners appreciates the support it receives from the Australian Government, the NSW Government and each of its 17 partner organisations.
The Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) provides a long-term sustainable source of funding for endeavours that aim to improve health outcomes, quality of life and health system sustainability across Australia.
Since 2017, the MRFF has provided a total of $8.3 million to Sydney Health Partners, which has been used to fund three rounds of grants under the MRFF Rapid Applied Research Translation (RART) scheme. The last of the 36 Sydney Health Partners RART projects are due for completion by June 2023.
We work closely with NSW Health and its pillar agencies to better enable research to improve patient care and provide public benefit.
Sydney Health Partners has received funding from the NSW Office of Health and Medical Research for projects which improve the capability of health services to undertake clinical trials and increase community participation in trials.
The commitment of our Partners includes ongoing financial and operational support to the Secretariat and, where possible, additional support for the research translation efforts of clinicians and researchers.
