Consumer and Community Involvement in Health Research

Sydney Health Partners, in conjunction with Health Consumers NSW, is holding a free workshop for those wishing to gain a deeper understanding of how to implement consumer involvement in research.

To be held in Parramatta on Wednesday, 8February, between 10am and 3pm, the workshop is aimed at consumer representatives, clinician researchers, and other researchers across Sydney Health Partners who have some experience with consumer and community involvement (CCI) in health research or have previously undertaken introductory training in CCI.

In this workshop, you will consider how to design specific places in research where consumers and researchers can partner together. You will also learn practical solutions to enabling meaningful and sustained consumer involvement.
