Guiding Principles, Framework and Language Guide
Sydney Health Partners is collaborating with Health Consumers NSW to help strengthen the involvement of consumers in health research across our partnership. Working with consumer and researcher members of our project steering committee, SHP’s Consumer Advisory Panel and our wider community, we have developed a suite of complementary resources:
• Our Guiding Principles outline the important elements underpinning meaningful consumer involvement in health research.
• Our Guiding Framework presents our consumer involvement work under four domains, including ideas for future activity.
• Our Language Guide provides a glossary of terms commonly used when talking about consumer involvement in health research.
