Musculoskeletal Stream
Sydney Health Partners’ Musculoskeletal Stream is supported by the Sydney Musculoskeletal Bone and Joint Health Alliance (SydMSK) at the University of Sydney

Formed in 2017 as an initiative of the University, SydMSK is collaborative network that aims to discover new methods to prevent, manage and cure disabling musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and back pain, and improve research translation in collaboration with Sydney Health Partners.
Musculoskeletal conditions are the leading cause of disability worldwide, affecting 7 million Australians and costing the economy in excess of $35billion in lost labour each year.
